Do you have a warranty for your repair? | We use parts from excellent vendors. Before your parts are ordered, our technician will contact you regarding part prices, and inform you of the warranty of any parts via the parts provider. Any parts installed, will be under warranty as provided upon obtaining your parts. If installation is found to be cause of problems, then replacement labor will be provided. Why should I upgrade my computer / laptop / system? | It is only sometimes recommended that you upgrade. In any case, you will probably want to keep certain parts out of your current computer if you buy a new one. Our team can ensure that your information makes it to your shiny new system. Our team will analyze your current system and advise as to if you should upgrade your current system, or buy a new one and move your information.
